Cardless Cash Withdrawal Doesn't Work
My primary OTP is my email address and my secondary OTP is my cell phone. I'm told that I cannot do a cardless cash withdrawal because for a cardless cash withdrawal my primary OTP must be my cellphone. But why?????
I find email to be more reliable and convenient, so why must I set OTP to mobile to use the cardless cash withdrawal? Can't your system look for my cellphone OTP to process the withdrawal or send it to my email address?
