Cardless ATM Service
The cardless services which FNB claim to have at ATMs don't work. You have to key in your phone number and then they supposedly send you an sms with a temporary pin. I have done this on a few occasions and a pin is never sent or received.
Except for this I have experienced many other issues with the bank as well. My advice? Join Capitec. They are a much better bank on many levels!
