Carda cancelled that I paid for

My bank cards for my business has been cloned twice already. I asked for replacement cards that does not have the chip or the tapping function. I paid R140 per card. This morning I received SMS's that the temporary cards have been canceled. No new card has been issued. Apparently I now again have to pay R140 for a temp card, as well as I do not have a choice if the card has a chip. Why can I not have a chipless card that I am comfortable with and that has not given any problems?????

Thank you for the refund. Still wondering why I am forced to have a chipped card as a paying client, while the swiping cards are 100% functional.
