Card withdrawal limits changed without my permission

We have several accounts with FNB. We've always had good service until this happened. I gave my driver a card that he can swipe, and set the limits to cashwithdrawal to R.0,00. Less than 2 months later the card got ****** and R.3000 withdrawn with the card. I went online to check the limits on the card, and all the cards linked to this account had their limits reset back to the original settings.

The worst part of all is that I have called several helplines and they just keep telling me to phone another help line. I phone the ***** line, they wont help me. Then I phoned the internet banking line and they tell me to phone the ***** line. I eventually found someone to help me and he gave me this reference no. RB ********** 2654. He told me that they will get back to me within 48 hours. It has now been a week. I phoned again to follow up the reference number and then they told me I must phone the ***** line and start the process all over again.

FNB you don't want to help me! If you cant sort out this problem how can I be sure it wont happen again?

You have wasted several hours of my time now!
