Card transaction reversal

I have 2 card transactions that I did with my fnb card and reversed but fnb be never adjusted my account balance to reflect the reversal and a positive available balance of those transactions. When I called the call centre I told they had an expiry date and the funds will be adjusted accordingly on those days. One transaction was December last year and I am still waiting the other one is most recent.
