Card Transaction Dispute

This is a follow up of a complaint logged initially on January 14th which I got a reference ***NF.

I have a card transaction that was cancelled/blocked on the 24th of December 2025 (total amount R4,832.03).

Wednesday January 7th 2026 I logged a debitCard dispute and up to today March 5th there has been no concrete update, I have not been refunded my funds back. This is really unfair to say the least. Surely this cannot be the same treatment given to all your customers.
