Card Taken by ATM
To whom it may concern, Yesterday 4thApril I used the FNB ATM machine in our Business Park to withdraw money. When I inserted the card it took it straight away without even asking for the pin. Looks like the machine is faulty. I then called the Card Division and spoke to a Lerato Mphahlele who was not very helpful. She cancelled the card and told me 3-5 days for new one.I told her I need it by Wednesday or Thursday as I am going away and need the card. She then told me to go to the branch with ID and draw the money. After queuing for 30 min at the FNB they told me I cannot get money without the card!! So Lerato **** to me and sent me to FNB so I can get off her case and waist my time? I need this Card ASAP as the fault was not of my doing but faulty ATM. I am also not prepared to pay for this new card. Can someone please contact me and assist with getting this issue resolved ASAP.

Thank you Kindly
Regards
Franco
