Card sent to wrong branch

At the beginning of 2012 I relocated from Durban to Pretoria and a month or two later when my cheque account card was due to expire I went to the nearest branch and informed them of my change of address, and duly had my replacement card delivered to that branch.

Late last year I received a request from FNB to come into a branch and \update\" my FICA address details, which I did.

Now, as my current card is about to expire, FNB informs me that my replacement card has been delivered to their Westville branch in Durban!

Worse, when I inform FNB of their error, they tell me that I must pay R120 for FNB to rectify their own mistake.

I have done everything necessary to make sure my details are up to date on FNB's system, this is not my mistake. Resolve this at your own cost FNB, or lose me as a client."
