Card sent to Stanger although I live in Johannesburg

I recently received an SMS from a courier company stating that my new card will be delivered to a branch in Stanger, KZN. I live in Johannesburg, have for 15 years now. I have always picked new card at a Branch close to me so I don't understand why my card was sent to Stanger. I have tried calling FNB numerous times to only to get an automated response and then the call cuts. How do I pick up my card?
