Card reported blocked to FNB used to make transactions by *********

My bank card was ****** and I called FNB to close the card. Come monthend , I discovered that someone has been using my card to pay for toll gates. FNB admitted that it was their fault because this card had been closed. I went to the branch and they made me call loss controll. When I followed up, they indicated that no investigation has occurred and they will start again. I doubt this case is even being taken seriously since i reported it in October 2021.To date I haven’t received my R6000 from FNB. Are we face with these banks.
