card replacement and ***** issue

I was at Langhovenpark Branch in Bloemfontein, I was welcome by two friendly and polite ladies at the door. Obviously they heard my problem and direct me the relevant waiting area. Then my ticket was called by Lizette Nel, she thoroughly explained the account to my mother and alao assisted me with my ***** issue. The lady rendered an excellent service, thank you Lizette Nel and two ladies at the door.
