Card payment declined due to suspected *****.

Due to a ***** policy at FNB every time a card payment at any post office is made the transaction is declined due to suspected *****. This then requires the ***** line to be called. Call waiting time before an operator answers the call is between 20min - 40min. It then usually takes another 15min for them to unblock the card and you are lucky if the call is not dropped during this time. This is extremely frustrating as it is only an issue with FNB card payments and not with any other bank.
