Card ordering not done no card can be issued

I went to the Glen Shopping mall and visited The FNB Bank to open an additional account I was advised that I could open an Islamic Easy Account which I did and paid a small sum into the account to activate the account today i phoned to find out why I had not been notified about the collection of my new card. I was informed that a card was never ordered and the consultant i spoke with could not assist me any further . I go online to do a secure chat and guess ****ing what i run into another brick ****ing wall . I ask why these people are so ****ing *********** thst they can't do the simplest things issue me a ****ing card while I'm there or advise me that I will receive it in 5 or six working days now I must be incon****ing veinience by bunch of idiots.
