Card ordered not received

I ordered the FNB Aspire card to be delivered at Durban Florida Road. I received an sms from DSV Deliveries to confirm this but no information of time or date. How am I supposed to know when to get it? Also, I was charged for this, nobody told me that I would be charged for this card.
