Card on hold no help or communication

Investigator John vol mink doesn't respond to any emails for several days , my account is on hold and I run a business I sent all proof to show that the client has received the money requested, but no one is helping his number is not even Going through , no assistance what so Ever to handle matters if his busy , I got referred to the manager only for him Sibusiso Gumbi to just forward the matter to other persons who do not bother to respond to emails but send automated emails ! I am beyond frustrated as my business is on hold , I've spent a lot of money calling the bank as I do not own a landline , it's been 2weeks with no attendance what so ever , FNB you are disappointing!
