Card not delivered: poor service

I opened a premium bank account on the 21st March my card was supposed to be delivered after 5 working days. A lady called me a few days after that and told me it will be delivered soon by their contracted courier. its now the 7th Of April and no card has been delivered. I contacted them and was told to go the branch, I cant go to branch as I work monday to sat till late.
