Card not delivered

my card was retained by an ATM machine on the 25th June. I app**** for the new card on the Monday. To this day, I still do not have my card. The courier company used by FNB to deliver the card has been giving me runner arounds. Takealot does not deliver. My simple instruction was to take the card to my branch so i can collect it there. I am still waiting, after more than a week. The private banker doesn't seem to be of help either, Very passive.
