Card not delivered 1 month later
We opened a business account and ordered 2 cards about a month ago, when we went to collect the cards more then 7 business days later only 1 of the cards was delivered. We then ordered a new card again and when i went back after 2 weeks to collect the card it has still not arrived at the Branch. This is unacceptable service
