CARD NOT ACTIVATED FOR TAPPING AND INSERTING A PIN

I have been battling for a couple of months to have the pin function activated when my debit card is tapped. I have called in at the Gardens branch twice and my last visit was to Cavendish Branch on 14 June Ref Rc*** - spoke to Iris Segwagwe who assured me it would be activated. I tried it as instructed - used three times inserting and then tapping on the fourth attempt - and it still doesnt work! Dont know what else I can do to sort this out. I have wasted so much time at the various branches and still cannot get it resolved. I asked that ALL transactions for tapping have the pin option. Is there anyone at FNB who can actually help me?
