Card issued with pin - somebody else's card

My cheque card was not working due to an unknown error code D001 who nobody could explain the meaning. I had to get a new card to fix the problem. I fetched my FNB platinum cheque card at the Bronkhorstspruit branch today. I took my ID book with me as instructed and got my card. To my amazement I noticed at home that the name on the card is not mine. I have got a card and a pin code in my possession that is not mine! And somebody else has got my card and my pin code in their possession! I do not think I need to express my distrust and loss of confidence in fnb.
