Card ***** with a canceled card

I'm unhappy with this FNB business account. Reported card ***** a month ago even now I have to be the one that contacts them and they take hours to respond and yet they don't even respond. I'm running a business here. I need to pay my staff and suppliers. I want to move to another bank
