Card ***** not resolved

Sent a complaint to ***** division for a closed card that was transacting tollgates. They contacted me and told me I will get refund and the card was flagged. However Today this morning, another transaction went through of R167 for a Capricorn plaza. I am sick and tired of this matter. FNB must refund my money so I can close this account and move on. Clearly my money is not safe.
