Card *****

I just received a notification of a transaction amounting to E 683.79 that had just been done with my card at a Net florist shop . This is a ********** transaction as I was not the one making the transaction. At the time the transaction happened I was at work and I have never made a purchase from Net florist at all. I called FNB to report this and they told me to go to police station and visit the branch as well to fill in a form so my case can be investigated. This angers me very much because this is the second time I have had to report a ********** transaction and the first time I did what they told me to do and never got any feedback. I ended up having to use my own resources to try and trace the shop where the transaction happened, let them know about the transaction, ask them to reverse it . This is very upsetting as a customer because I feel like FNB does not care about what happens to their customers or about security. I no longer want to have an FNB account because I do not feel my money is safe there, and even when I have issues, I do not receive help. I work at the Central Bank of Swaziland and it scares me to think that this is how our banks are treating us.
