Card fees for a card I DONT HAVE

I received an email from Sarah Feldman stating my card fees is for a Petro card. On the 25th Aug R24 was taken from my account for these fees & again on the 29th Sept another R24 was taken from my current account. Can Sarah please send me the proof that I have signed for this Petro card. You already charged me twice for a card I don't have. I would like my R48 back into my account. THIS IS RIDICULOUS FROM FNB.
