CARD EXPIRING AND CANT ORDER NEW

My cheque card is expiring in 4 days and FNB has not ordered a new card for me. All that FNB online says is that i must order a new on online from my internet banking but there is no option to order one.

what do i do know as im not inconveniencing myself by going into a branch
