Card expired and I'm not getting any assistance

I'm very disappointed with FNB. I have several bank accounts with a substantial turnover, but it does not seem they care for their customers. Four of my cards expired in October. I didn't get any notification. I had to go to the branch to order new cards, for which I was charged, and I had to arrange for the charge to be reversed. I don't know why one card was send to the Lynnwood branch and three cards was send Grove branch... When I recieved the cards, they didn't work because there was no OTP installed. I spend 3 hours one the phone, but nobody was able to assist. I then wrote a complaint online, but I didn't get any response. I send them another email, but didn't get a respond. In the meantime my business is without a card, unable to make any purchase, which cause a huge financila loss. It's time Capitec start serving businesses so we can all move to a bank who cares about their customers.
