Card downgrade issue

Hi,

I app**** to downgrade my credit card to Aspire.

I app**** for credit limit increase while I was waiting from 50k to 60k which was approved.

Now I received my new credit card and it has the old limit and they calling me to says it's block as it's overdrawn.

I contacted the help chat and they advised they will correct it yesterday.

Today I get an email saying I must apply again for the 60k on the new card with option on app to do it.
