Card Division Incompetance

Be very careful with FNB and their promises. They ran a debit order against my cheq account on the 15th, a week later and the funds are still not available on my credit card. I went to the useless FNB branch at La lucia mall, but all they did was to phone card division, with no joyl!!I have spend 30mins on my cell phone, but eventually the consultant just put the phone down in my ear. The money as gone off my cheq account, no money on my credit card, yet I accumulate interest on my credit card. FNB are a bunch of *******.
