Card disputes is a black hole

I lodged a credit card dispute with FNB. Immediately got an automated mail that said their turnaround time is 5 business days. Today it is 14 BUSINESS days and numerous emails from my side with absolute zero communication from FNB.

Terrible, Terrible service!
