Card Dispute not resolved in time
I have put up a dispute with FNB and the response was it will be dealt with in 5 working days. Its already the 7th day and it was only looked at today. How do they expect us to live if they they dont treat customers with respect. my money is just sitting there and all they know is send out emails about our account being in excees. ITS ALREADY THE 4TH AND I HAVE NOT PAID MY RENT. FNB ACT UP AND REVERSE MY MONEY PLEASE.
