Card dispute not resolved for 1 and half months now

Logged a card dispute in October and still have not received my funds back into my account. FNB has really gone down in their services and I am probably going to move all 6 of my accounts with another bank. So sick and tired of their nonsense. They take so much fees from me and yet they cannot resolve a simple matter. Terrible service and I do not recommend anyone taking an account with them.
