Card delivery - sjuuuuuut a secret.

Previous years when my credit card expired I was informed that a new card was ordered and that I could collect the card. My card is expiring the end of the month but not a word. Silence. Upon my enquiry only I was informed that the courier company tried to get hold of me for delivery. Due to the nature of my work I cannot accept calls during working hours. I do not believe that I am the only person in the world that cannot accept calls at any time. I was informed that the courier company is not allowed to contact me via sms or email. I can also not specify that I am at home a certain time and that they call me or deliver at a certain time. If I cannot answer when they call me I need to order a new card to be delivered at the branch. I apologized to my students and accepted the call.... oh that call asking to speak to MS ENGELBRECHT if my surname is SMIT was from mr Delivery? They were so professional they did not even introduce the company. Got their number for incoming calls from fnb and tried to call them back - sorry there is no reason for me to pay and listen to bad music for more than 5 minutes. I noticed on Hello Peter that I am not the only one complaining - somebody mentioned they had to hang on for 2.5 hours?????? Although I received my credit card and my transmission account card at the same time they are not expiring on the same month and if I want to collect both at once I need to pay an additional fee since the transmission account card expires next month and not this month. I have send an email to the credit card division. Silence. No reply. Logged a fault on the online system. Premier bank rep**** as helpful as a stone - accept the calls when they call you and that is it. You may not asked to be called at a certain time. They may not contact you via email or sms. I also tried to book at the branch to collect so prevent the long queues - you can select a date but not a time. Hallo - I am not working in the town where I live in - I cannot go to the branch at your convenient time. At this stage I feel - just let the card expire and stop using the thing. Go and get a transmission card next month. Cant believe it is 2018 ???

Reviewer Update
I received an email only on Friday afternoon late only - 3 working days after my complaint (Whole of Wednesday , Thursday and Friday) - which branch to I prefer my credit card to be delivered to. This meaning that the card is still somewhere unknown and absolutely no calls or communication from the courier company. Please never ever keep delivery a secret and thus just messing everything up. I am still cardless due to bad service.
