Card delivery RUNAROUND

Still waiting for my business card, I received an email from FNB with the account no. and this:

"Please note: If you have not yet received your FNB Business Banking Cheque Card, that a courier service will be contacting you shortly to make arrangements for the delivery of your card."

Its been 6 days since that email so I called FNB (3 times) after been redirected many times finally an answer only to be redirected to the courier company who asked for my id no. to check the status of the delivery only to be told that there are NO DEVILERIES TO ME and I should contact FNB.
