Card delivery Never happened!
FNB use of DSV delivery is pathetic. First of had to get 2 calls to confirm delivery address. First delivery was never confirmed. Then second delivery address confirmation, got nice confirmation, it will be delivered 31st Dec 2019 between 12 and 14:00. Waited and waited, actually had to go buy stuff for party we would be having. My wife stayed home in case they deliver. No one came. We were here especially to make sure we are in for delivery.
No one even called to say they are on the way! Nothing! Dont promise delivery then NOT do it!
