Card delivery more than two weeks delayed

Card ordered two weeks ago, no one from FNB has contacted me despite responding on previous post that they'll be in contact due to their delays.

The courier routinely drives past without coming to delivery address and does not deliver.

Very worrying that one's cards are not able to be tracked or escalated and FNB does not assist in any way,
