Card delivery may get messy

it looks like there is the card rescheduling contact center is not in sync with Takealot delivery team. I rescheduled on last week for delivery on Wednesday this week. The driver called me now and said he’s at my place to deliver but he wanted me to give him directions. This is making me uncomfortable because he says he’s at the house but he actually needs directions so I’m not sure if this is a delivery. I thought drivers had GPS but I generally get the request to give directions. Please resolve.
