CARD DELIVERY ISSUE RESOLUTION

I wanted to thank Kenosi Nkosi, my business banking manager at FNB, Lambton branch. Some days I just want to pull out my hair with FNB. Other days, like today, someone goes above and beyond to assist and serve their customers. My card was sent to the branch, rather than being delivered to me.
