Card delivery dis-service

I am disappointed in FNB.

I specifically and explicitly asked that my card not be delivered to my home, but sent to the FNB Vineyard branch.

Please forward this complaint to somebody who can make a difference. This is not the first time that, as a client, I have asked that a card be delivered to my branch where I can collect it at my convenience, rather than waiting around at home for an unknown time when a courier will deliver it. It is also not the first time that this request has been ignored, and my card delivery is delayed as a result.

Delivering a card at home is not a service to a client if that client has requested something different. It is a disservice, and creates the impression that FNB does not care about what their clients want, but stick resolutely to their inflexible processes.

Even though I have been a loyal client, actions like this by FNB seriously make me want to consider the private clients offer that ABSA made a short while ago.
