Card delivery

Please assist , I received the below message yesterday regarding a card I ordered which I need by weekend and no delivery was received, CCD couriers claim that there is an escalation sent to FNB regarding the new issue which I only found out about today when I called . The process of ordering a card with you is so frustrating because you use those couriers that cannot take accountability and could not even give me answers when I call. No one bothered to call me regarding this issue , I had to call to find out about this issue . FNB:-) We confirm that CCD Couriers will deliver the FNBY Debit Card today. ID required .
