Card delivery by ccd couriers

<p>Dear fnb ccd couriers said they will deliver my card on Wednesday between 12 and 2pm. They confirmed this many times. 15 minutes before 2pm I receive an SMS that they are running late. At 4:45pm I receive a call from a lady by the name of Lerato that they will only come on Friday because their car tire went flat so through out the whole day they only knew at 5pm that they can't deliver. This is not the first unprofessional service I am getting. On Monday they confirmed and again had to wait the whole day just for them to deliver. Chances are on Friday they will not even deliver. Is this a courier company or a joke. Fnb can you get somebody who is willing to deliver my card. I don't have time to wait the whole day for a company that never comes, we all have work to do.</p>
