Card delivery and refund

I am fuming as I am writing this, FNB Rosebank is really thee worst bank ever. A guy by the name of Raymond assisted me last week to get a card I have been waiting for the past months with no help. He ordered a new card and promised that I will not be debited nor pay for it since I did not receive the card the first time. I went back to the branch after my card was delivered and when I went to him and explained to him that the money withdrawn out my card I need it and he was not willing to assist after I had told him that I can’t not wait on queue because I’m on lunch and when I knock off they are closed already …. He said I can go to another branch… how pathetic when I had explained to them how urgent I need my card? I regret leaving Nedbank because the service of this bank is no offence to HOME AFFAIRS department … what a shame?!? Did these people even go to school for this because this devastating
