Card Delivery
Dear FNB,
A word of advice, rather under promise and say your cards will be delivered in 14 days, and then over deliver and drop of the card in 8 days, rather than over promising delivery in 5-7 days and then only delivering in 8 + days. People will be a lot less ****ed off.
