Card delivery

I ordered a gold cheque card from Fnb and was told that take a lot would deliver yesterday. Unfortunately that did not happen as I later got an SMS saying take a lot was experiencing delays This morning I then called take a lot and spoke to Ursuf who told me that he can't give me the delivery guy's details as the card is being delivered by a third party. I'm not sure why Fnb is not sorting out the delivery issues because I had a similar experience 2 years back and ended up going to meet the courier guy in Rosslyn. Fnb please put your house in order or find other means as your delivery people are pathetic
