Card Collections fail arrangements

I've been having problems financial problems and could not pay my credit card as such the account went into arrears that is when FNB Card Collections contacted me more specifically I was contacted by "Mcedisi Kalisa" on the 21st of September 2016. I informed him of the problem I am facing and we agreed to R1 000.00 being deducted and got confirmation of the amount. On the 23rd of September over R9 200.00 was debited from my account. After the debit order went off I tried calling and sending emails to have the difference of the two amounts reversed and it seems like my cry has fallen on deaf ears. My account is now in arrears as I do not have sufficient funds to honour other debit orders. Today I called in and spent over 30 minutes on the line being transferred from one department to the other, finally I get a hold of Una Ogolotse who says the agent “Mcedisi” should not have agreed to the amount due to the state of my account. She went on further to say that “Mcedisi” or his team leader will call me to have the matter sorted out. In all honesty the matter is clear cut; I made an arrangement with an agent representing FNB for a specific amount to be deducted and require the difference and unmet fees to be deposited into my account.
