Card Collection

<p>My card is due to expire at the end of this month September 2016, so i have been in touch with the FNB courier company(DSV) so they confirmed delivery of my card to FNB Gateway branch as per our agreement, on the 14th of September 2016 i drove to Gateway as i made the trip to specificaly collect my card but the consultant that attended to me told me the card was not there, how on Earth was this possible im not sure, he said he would call me and assist me in recieving my card,until today i have heard nothing from the branch and have made one total waste of a trip, i have now called the call center which has confirmed my card is in Gateway according to their records.</p>
