Card collection
They send me a message that I must come and collect my fnb card at Hartbee****rt without consulting with me if that is convenient for me or not. I stay in Hartbee****rt and work in Centurion. My working hours is from 7H30 till 17h30 or 18hoo. For me to leave here is going to take me 2 hours driving and still waiting in a Queue to collect my card. Previously the phone me to confirm where I can pick up my card. Now they can't do it without my signature, now who signed for it to be delivered at Hartbee****rt???
