Card cancelled for not providing documentation that FNB already has.

A year ago i received an email from KYC@FNB and asking me for ID documentation for the holder of one of my bank cards, or the card will be cancelled, so i sent the documents 3 days later and received confirmation of receipt.

Now, a year later, i received the same notification asking for the outstanding documentation or else the card will be cancelled. I sent back an email stating that they send me confirmation a year ago that they did receive the documentation, so why did i need to send it in again a year later. I did not receive a reply and a few days later i was notified that the card was cancelled.

I queried this with another reply and sent the documentation. I received a reply stating that the documentation has been filed and everything is in order. A day later i checked my active cards in my banking app, and my second card was not present (i.e. still cancelled).

I would like this matter resolved without going through the hassle of getting a new card, i want the current card restored.
