Card blocking / Stop fail

My wallet was ******... I used the app to block my ... After this there where still transactions going through on my accounts. Phoned in to be merely assisted that aparantly you need to stop the cards as well.... What's the point of blocking the cards then??? Or even having the function on the app if not to stop any future transactions going through. Secondly after supposedly the cards have been stopped/cancelled.. This morning yet again a transaction gone through. Extremely upset about this.
