CARD BLOCKED DUE TO FICA DOCS

I collected my card last week Thursday, taking both my I.D as well as my proof of residence with me. I was told that I will not be given my card if I did not take these docs with me, because I need to be loaded onto FICA.<br> the useless collections staff member (male - don't know his name) obviously did not send through my docs and now my card is blocked! <br> this is the first time I am dealing with FNB, as I opened a credit card account. I must say, this will be the last time I deal with FNB!<br> I need to use the money that is on the credit card, but obviously FNB doesn't give a hoot about that! now I need to wait 24-48 hours before it will be re-activated, just because someone did not do is job. <br> <br> well done FNB for being terrible!
