Card *****

I am very disappointed with FNB bank in January I canceled my card cause someone was using it somewhere and I don't know how that happen, I app**** for a new card which I got a few days later, and was charged for that card then someone broke into my car and stole all my personal stuff then I blocked the card and reported it as ****** at fnb ever since I got a new card someone has been using the two old cards which are block at tollgates i have lost over a thousand rands and fnb they say they are investigating the case but I have not got any feedback from them since and i need to use my money which was ****** in there care as I trusted them with my money am very disappointed in you guys what kind of service are you offering people
